What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces for most canvas and Tyvek styles. For selected stock styles we can arrange trial orders below MOQ so you can test quality and market fit first.
Can I get a sample before the bulk order?
Yes. Once artwork is confirmed, samples are produced in 3–5 days. The sample cost is refunded against your first bulk order — we track it on file.
What printing and decoration methods do you offer?
Silk screen printing (1–4 colors), full-color heat transfer, embroidery, debossing and woven labels. We recommend the method based on your material, artwork complexity and order volume — and show you a physical sample before bulk production.
What is the typical production lead time?
Samples: 3–5 days. Bulk production: usually 15–25 days depending on quantity, printing complexity and the season. We confirm a delivery date in writing with every quotation.
Do you ship worldwide and what trade terms do you support?
Yes, we ship worldwide under FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Every order leaves with export packing, carton marks per your instructions, and full tracking information.
What payment terms do you accept?
For samples we accept PayPal or bank transfer. For bulk orders we usually take a 30% deposit by T/T and the balance before shipment — PayPal is available for smaller amounts.
Can you help us with the design and artwork?
Yes. Send a sketch, a photo or a reference link and our design team will prepare print files and suggest the best production method for your material and budget — at no charge until you approve a sample.
